Refund policy

Used items are non-refundable. 

Returns for unused items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus the shipping cost back. 

All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Shipping policy

We encourage you to shop as early as possible during the Holiday Season! We are small business, we are working around the clock to get your orders out as soon as possible.  We thank you for choosing to shop small and support Happy Halo Home!
Shipping times are an estimate at checkout. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Happy Halo Home.  Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Happy Halo Home has no control over the shipments once they get dropped off to the carrier.  All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email (once the order has been shipped out).
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when you are checking out. If you notice the shipping address is incorrect (before we have shipped out the order), please email us as soon as possible so we can update it to the correct one. But once the order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If the order is returned to us, shipping will need to be paid once again before the order can be reshipped. 

Happy Halo Home is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or carrier mishandling. 

 Please make sure that you a shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
