Wholesale availability?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take extra care in packaging our items before shipping them out! If you find your item has been damaged, reach out to us within 24-48 hours after it has arrived. Please take a photo of the broken item inside the box along with the packaging and the shipping label (on the outside of the box). Please send these photos to us and a brief description of the damaged items. We will be happy to replace them as quickly as possible. *Please be careful when handling a damaged order since the broken glass is sharp and can cause injury!

Custom and personalized orders?
Yes, we can include a note.  During checkout you can add a custom message in order special instructions. If you are interested in a more customized product feel free to reach out to us either on out contact page or email us at HappyHaloHome@gmail.com

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you entered the wrong address. No refunds will be issued for incorrect mailing addresses or undeliverable items. If an item is returned to us or needs to be re-sent, it is your responsibility to pay for the additional shipping charges.
If you catch the wrong address before shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to enter the correct address for you!

Processing Time?
Our products are handmade with love! We work quickly and diligently to get your order made and shipped out in 1-3 business days. If there is a delay it will be posted on our main page banner. Thank you for your support!

Why does the candle have a rough and uneven top after burning it?
It is not unusual for soy candles to have a rough top after burning, this is just a characteristic of soy wax.
